INSURANCE
Each exhibitor is responsible for his or her own equipment and merchandise. Empire State Development, NYS General Services and the New York State MWBE Forum Team, nor any of their respective officers, service contractors, or employees, shall be responsible for any damage suffered by an exhibitor, his agents or employees, in transit to, at, or leaving the show, whether from theft, fire, or any other cause. Exhibitors desiring insurance on their goods must secure set insurance at their own expense.

WRITTEN REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY
You can cancel without any penalty prior to September 23, 2016. Registration cancellation requests must be received in writing. Cancellations received after September 23, 2016 will be subject to a 30 percent processing fee per registrant.

Refunds will be issued in the same form payment was made. If you do not receive confirmation of such cancellation or request for refund within 48 hours of submission, please contact Ashley Bruno at abruno@sackscom.com or 212.756.1236 x 119. Please allow several weeks for processing.

Please note, registration cancellations received after October 3, 2016 at 5:00 PM will NOT be issued a refund. No exceptions.
